👍Lauren is terrific. She keeps me walking and XC skiing despite a bunch of septuagenarian body grumbles.

I've been doing pilates for 2 years to strengthen my supporting muscles to help my knees but some days the pain is so bad I can barely manage a 1km walk and other days I can skip and jump not have an ounce of pain....I never know which day will be a painful one and which one will be pain free.
