We are a club of about six hundred members with a comprehensive program of walks and other activities throughout the year, at levels from beginners through to experienced.Features of the club include: day walks - Saturday, Sunday and Wednesday weekend overnight walks extended walks in many areas of Australia cross-country skiing trips,cycling trips base camps social events training - walking skills, navigation, leadership, etc. monthly club meetings with guest speakers on a wide range of topics "Footnotes", our monthly newsletter lending library of books, maps and magazines (available at meetings)hire Equipment (backpacks, tents, stoves, sleeping mats, jackets, etc.)insurance cover whilst walking with the Club
