Getting There
From Beaufort travel west towards Ararat on the Western Highway. About 11 km after Buangor, take the second turn off right into Langi Ghiran State Park. Do not take the first entry to the Park (7.5 km after Buangor) as that is not allowed. On the second turn off (Kartuk Road) note the Railway Crossing and travel 5 km towards the picnic/camping area. Note that Kartuk Road is shown as Langi Ghiran Picnic Ground Road on some maps.
Turn hard right onto the Langi Ghiran Track about 100 m before the campground. Travel approx. 5.5 km until you see a small parking area on the right and a walking track going off to the left. On returning to your car and continue east to join the highway in less than 1 km.
