Continue north east along Rat Hole Track, cross over Camp Road and continue down Olsen Track for 1.2km to Lerderderg Road. Turn right (east) and follow this for 2.3km to the Nolan Creek Picnic Area.
Drive to Blackwood on the Western Highway via Melton and Bacchus Marsh. Take the Greendale-Myrninong Rd and then the Greendale-Trentham Rd to Blackwood. In Blackwood turn west at Simmons Reef Road, drive for about 2km, then about 100m before Garden of St Erth turn right down Wombat Forest Drive (Lerderderg Road). Follow the main road for about 7.5km, cross over a small wooden bridge, park at Nolans Creek Picnic Area on the right.
