Berwick and District Bushwalking Club Inc

Introduction

The club is a small and friendly group welcoming new members. The walks take place every Sunday and there is a varied program to suit all levels of fitness and experience. Beginners and experienced walkers alike should find a walk to suit them. The club was established over 30 years ago.

Details

The location of the club in the outer eastern suburbs allows for walks in a variety of settings from the forests in State and National Parks to coastal regions with everything in between, usually within 100kms of Berwick.

Our aim is to promote a love of walking with a respect for nature while providing a safe and enjoyable way of experiencing the outdoors.

The club also holds social events, and a couple of times per year there are overnight stays or extended trips further afield.

Walking is a wonderful way to keep fit, make lasting friendships and enjoy nature.
