The Walk in Detail
All tracks are well marked and signposted. From car park, walk west on Heatherlie Track to Railway Line. The track ahead leads into a short loop and several dead-ends through the historic quarry site. Explore the quarry site at your leisure. To continue, walk south following the sign for Railway Line.Â
At the next junction, turn left following sign for Heatherlie Township. From here, the track is a well-marked earthen track with no junctions or potential wrong turns. Signposts for Watkins Street, Galbraith Street, Brennan Street and Carpark further show the way.Â
The track rejoins Heatherlie Track near the start. Turn right to return to the carpark.
