An alternative to walking all the way on the road between Stony Point and Woolleys Beach is to take the walking track through the coastal reserve. This track leaves Stony Point Rd, to the right, 1.05 km from the railway station and continues to Woolleys Beach. There is a gate and sign "Woolleys Beach Reserve", visible from the road, at the start of the track.

This walk has been severely damaged by a fire that spread through here over the 2014 summer. Much of the board walk has been destroyed and large areas are no longer accessible. Check with the council before attempting this one.

      Hi Cath

Thanks so much for letting us know. With around 200 walks to keep track of it's often difficult for us know when conditions change.
