Replacement of Toilet Block - Ritchie's Hut
 
Parks Victoria are currently in the process of replacing the existing toilet at Ritchie's hut.

The works are scheduled between February and April 2017.

There may be no toilet available for use between this period as the old toilet will be decommissioned. Please ensure you walk at least 100 metres from the river or any water way, dig a hole and bury your waste and toilet paper very carefully.

Ben Cruachan Walking Club

Ben Cruachan Walking Club in Gippsland has members with ages ranging from young children to 80+. We come from Lakes Entrance to Trafalgar and Heyfield to Yarram.

Each year there is a program of about 50 graded walks of various types to meet the needs and capabilities of most people.

There are walks on most weekends, usually day walks but with some overnight hikes and occasional extended walks.

Benalla Bushwalking club has a program of activities which includes day and overnight walks, weekend camps, canoe trips, bike rides and social events. This activities program provides for at least one event on nearly every weekend and are usually held in the general area around Benalla including the Strathbogie Ranges, Warby Ranges, Mt. Samaria and the Victorian Alpine Region.

Boroondara Bushwalkers walk almost every Sunday, and some Saturdays and Wednesdays. The Club organises overnight walks each month including most long weekends. Overnight walks are either pack-carry, or base-camps which are accessible by car. Other activities include bike rides.
